A copy of its abstract describing A Qualitative Study That Explores the Implementation of Artificial Intelligence in Integrated Circuit Design, as submitted by Danny Rittman, the Company’s CTO as a dissertation presented in partial fulfilment of the requirement for the degree of doctor of computer science, is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1. The dissertation will be published in the next upcoming weeks on ProQuest – an Ann Arbor, Michigan-based global information content company that provides applications and information services for libraries, providing access to dissertations, theses, e-books, newspapers, periodicals, historical collections, governmental archives, cultural archives, and other aggregated databases.
